Return Policy

Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Customer has to cover return shipping cost unless item is defective.

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team at sales@catholicid.com. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Shipping Policy

We offer shipping to customers worldwide. For orders over $35 you will recieve free shipping (US only.) Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once you have placed an order, we will process and ship it within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Depending on your location, the delivery time may vary. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive, excluding international shipping. If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sales@catholicid.com, and we will investigate the issue for you.
